Where is the Festival held?
The Create & Cultivate Festival will take place at Rolling Greens DTLA, located at:
1005 Mateo St, Los Angeles, CA 90021
What are the dates?
The Festival will take place from July 19 & 20, 2025.
How many attendees will be there?
We’re expecting over 2,000 attendees, including CEOs, founders, thought leaders, creators, executives, investors, and more, joining us on July 19 & 20, 2025.
What time should I arrive each day?
Doors open each day at 8:30 AM for VIP and 9:00 AM for GA. We suggest you arrive early to avoid the line!
Is the event indoors or outdoors?
We have both indoor and outdoor experiences.

Who gets a gift bag?
All attendees will receive their gift bag on July 20, 2025, upon completing the Festival. VIP & Golden Ticket holders will receive their own VIP only gift bags.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided
Will tickets sell out?
Yes! Only 2,000 tickets will be sold and your ticket is required to attend. We encourage you to secure your ticket early as spots are expected to sell out quickly.
Are group tickets or corporate packages available?

Is there a student discount or special rate?
Yes! We have a student ticket rate available at our ticket
checkout.
Can I upgrade my ticket after purchase?

Will there be food?
Yes! Snacks, light bites, lunch, and beverages will be provided throughout the event both days. Plu, some of the yummiest food during the block party!

Will the full schedule be released ahead of time?
Yes! Make sure to check your inbox (and spam!) for all details on the Festival schedule. It will also be continually updated on the Festival website page.
Are there networking opportunities?
Yes! CONNECT is our AI professional matchmaking program that will set you up with up to 16 15-minute 1:1 meetings on-site. Just make sure you’re checking emails for when it launches; the app will be available ~30 days pre-event for you to make your profile and book your meetings.
What is the CONNECT Program and how do I sign up?
CONNECT is our AI professional matchmaking program that will set you up with up to 16 15-minute 1:1 meetings on-site. As long as you have purchased a Festival ticket, you will receive an email with detailed instructions once the CONNECT program launches (30 days pre-event). At that time, you’ll be able to log in, create your profile, and begin booking your on-site meetings.
Will there be meet-and-greets or book signings?
We have lots of fun activations on-site at Festival. Check the Festival website page for the most up-to-date information on all of our exciting experiences.
Are there workshops or breakout sessions?
Yes! We are so excited to offer multiple workshops on-site. Please see our Festival website page and check your emails (don’t forget to check spam too!) for all of our workshop announcements.
Is there assigned seating for panels?
No. Seating is first come first serve.

Absolutely! We want to ensure that your dietary needs are met to make your Festival experience as enjoyable as possible. During the checkout process, you’ll have the opportunity to specify your dietary requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS
Do you provide parking?
Parking is not provided. We recommend exploring local parking options or utilizing ride-share services for convenience.
Is there a preferred hotel or lodging partner?
Yes! We have partnered with Jampack to make booking your hotel as seamless as possible. Check out the website to book directly with us via Jampack at our preferred hotel.
SAFETY & POLICIES
Will there be on-site restrooms?
Yes! Restrooms will be available on-site, with signage displayed for easy access.
Is there a designated area for nursing mothers?
Yes! A private area will be available on-site for nursing mothers. Signage will direct you to the location.
Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry is allowed; however, you must return to the end of the line upon re-entry. No exceptions will be made.
Is the Festival 21+ only?
The Festival is open to 18+. However, IDs will be checked at the entrance to identify attendees who are 21+ for access to age-restricted areas or beverages.
What should I wear?
You’ll be on the move throughout the day, so plan your outfit accordingly. Pro tip: wear layers and comfortable shoes to stay comfortable and stylish.
Will there be security on-site?
Yes. Your safety is our top priority. There will be professional security teams stationed throughout the festival grounds, including at all entrances, key activation zones, and main stages. All attendees will be required to go through security screening upon entry, and security staff will be available throughout the event to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Are bags allowed?
Yes, bags are allowed, but we ask that attendees only bring small to medium-sized bags. Oversized bags will not be permitted, and there will be no on-site bag check or storage available. All bags will be subject to security screening at the entrance, so please plan accordingly and pack only what you need for the day.
Are there medical staff or first aid stations available?
Yes!

Will sessions be recorded or available on-demand after the Festival?
All sessions will not be recorded to re-watch however, we are so excited to have partnered up with LinkedIn to live stream one of the sessions! For more information on this, check out our socials.
