Festival FAQs

WHERE IS THE FESTIVAL HELD?

The Create & Cultivate Festival will take place at Rolling Greens DTLA, located at:
1005 Mateo St, Los Angeles, CA 90021

HOW MANY ATTENDEES WILL BE THERE?

We’re expecting over 2,000 attendees, including CEOs, founders, thought leaders, creators, executives, investors, and more, joining us on July 19 & 20, 2025.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET?

Each ticket grants access to the Festival for one individual. All attendees must have their own ticket. Here’s what’s included based on your ticket type:

General Admission

  • Access to all programming

  • Up to eight 15-minute 1:1 meetings

  • Access to the food hall for lunch

  • Light bites

  • Access to the pop-up market

VIP

  • All General Admission perks plus:

    • Expedited entry

    • Access to the VIP-only lounge in the Garden

    • Open bar

    • VIP gift bag

    • Private chef-curated lunch in the VIP-only Garden

    • Private VIP-only bathrooms

    • Up to eight 15-minute 1:1 meetings

Golden Ticket

  • All VIP perks plus:

    • 1x ticket to attend the Supper Club Dinner on July 17

    • Up to eight 15-minute 1:1 meetings with curated top-tier talent

Student Ticket

  • Access to all programming

  • Up to eight 15-minute 1:1 meetings

  • Access to the food hall for lunch

  • Light bites

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided

WHAT ARE THE DATES?

The retreat will take place from July 19 & 20 2025.

WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?

Yes! Only 2,000 tickets will be sold and your ticket is required to attend. We encourage you to secure your ticket early as spots are expected to sell out quickly.

I HAVE DIETARY REQUIREMENTS, WILL THERE BE THINGS FIT FOR MY NEEDS?

Absolutely! We want to ensure that your dietary needs are met to make your Festival experience as enjoyable as possible. During the checkout process, you’ll have the opportunity to specify your dietary requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

I HAVE A DISABILITY/SUPER POWER. HOW DO I ENSURE I AM BEST ACCOMMODATED?

We are committed to making the Festival an inclusive and accessible experience for everyone. During the checkout process, you’ll have the opportunity to share any specific accommodations you may need, and we will do our best to ensure your needs are met.

WHO GETS A GIFT BAG?

All attendees will receive their gift bag on July 20, 2025, upon completing the Festival. VIP & Golden Ticket holders will receive their own VIP only gift bags.

DO YOU PROVIDE PARKING?

Parking is not provided. We recommend exploring local parking options or utilizing ride-share services for convenience.

WILL THERE BE ON-SITE RESTROOMS?

Yes! Restrooms will be available on-site, with signage displayed for easy access.

IS THERE A DESIGNATED AREA FOR NURSING MOTHERS?

Yes! A private area will be available on-site for nursing mothers. Signage will direct you to the location.

IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?

Re-entry is allowed; however, you must return to the end of the line upon re-entry. No exceptions will be made.

IS THE RETREAT 21+ ONLY?

The Festival is open to 18+. However, IDs will be checked at the entrance to identify attendees who are 21+ for access to age-restricted areas or beverages.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You’ll be on the move throughout the day, so plan your outfit accordingly. Pro tip: wear layers and comfortable shoes to stay comfortable and stylish.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?

Yes! Snacks, light bites, lunch, and beverages will be provided throughout the event both days.

WILL TICKETS SELL OUT?
No purchase is required to attend this event - just RSVP!  That said, entrance will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, and space is limited.

WHO GET'S A GIFT BAG?

DO YOU ALLOW RE-ENTRY?
All entry is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  If you are granted entry to the event and decide to leave, you will need to return to the end of the line.  No exceptions.

IS THIS EVENT 21+ ONLY?
You do not have to be over 21 to attend! We will, however, be checking IDs at the door to identify those who are 21+.

WILL THERE BE FOOD?
Yes! Snacks, lite bites, and beverages will be throughout the event.  Please note, if you have any food allergies, we recommend you bring your own food to avoid any potential complications, as we unfortunately cannot confirm each and every ingredient in the items being served.  On that note, all attendees are welcome to bring their own food.  That said, no attendees are permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
You will be moving around throughout the day, so keep that in mind when planning your outfit. Pro tip: wear layers and comfortable shoes.
