Community Sales Manager

Create & Cultivate is seeking an experienced and results-driven Community Sales Manager to lead attendee sales for our events, including festivals, large conferences, high-ticket retreats, and masterminds. This role focuses on driving ticket sales, developing relationships with potential attendees, and ensuring that the right individuals and businesses are represented at our events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, experience with high-ticket products, and the ability to execute effective outreach and sales strategies.

This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for connecting with ambitious individuals and businesses who align with Create & Cultivate’s mission to empower women in business.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive $3M in sales revenue annually through ticket sales for festivals, conferences, retreats, and masterminds.

  • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including pre-sales materials, email campaigns, and closing tactics to maximize conversions.

  • CRM Management: Leverage HubSpot CRM and monday.com to track sales pipelines, analyze data, and manage all stages of the sales process effectively.

Outreach & Relationship Building:

  • Prospect Identification: Conduct targeted outreach to identify and engage the right attendees for each event, focusing on individuals and businesses that align with the event’s goals.

  • Corporate Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with corporations and businesses to encourage group ticket sales and employee attendance at Create & Cultivate events.

  • Direct Outreach: Personally connect with prospective attendees through personalized outreach, email campaigns, and follow-ups to drive ticket sales and build relationships.

High-Ticket Sales Focus:

  • Tailored Sales Approach: Understand the unique value propositions of high-ticket offerings (retreats, masterminds) and communicate them effectively to potential attendees.

  • Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to understand attendee needs and position Create & Cultivate’s events as the ideal solution for professional growth and networking opportunities.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Data-Driven Sales: Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking across all sales opportunities.

  • Event-Specific Campaigns: Develop tailored sales campaigns for individual events, ensuring each strategy aligns with the unique audience and goals of the event.

Qualifications:

Create & Cultivate is seeking a seasoned and innovative Director of Digital Marketing to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing efforts across our platforms. This role focuses on developing an integrated marketing approach that amplifies brand presence, drives engagement, and achieves measurable growth in revenue, attendance, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on expertise to enhance the brand’s impact and align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

General Marketing & Brand Strategy:

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy across all Create & Cultivate platforms, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and supports business objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement and creativity across all external marketing efforts to maintain the Create & Cultivate aesthetic, brand, and voice in the market.

  • Ideate and execute innovative 360-degree campaigns and initiatives to drive business goals and advance the brand’s mission.

  • Establish quarterly, bi-annual, and annual marketing plans to achieve strategic event and revenue goals.

  • Oversee corporate marketing efforts, including website maintenance, social media management, and strategic content development.

Event Growth, Marketing & Engagement:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase attendance and engagement at all Create & Cultivate events, focusing on ambitious women in business.

  • Translate strategic sales and revenue goals into actionable marketing, PR, and event engagement strategies.

  • Analyze event marketing spend and performance to refine strategies and ensure measurable growth in attendance and ROI.

  • Create event-specific collateral and sponsorship materials to align with brand goals and drive registrations.

Sales Enablement & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies for all handles (@createcultivate and @workparty), ensuring a balanced, on-brand presence.

  • Strategize and execute growth initiatives, such as partnerships, giveaways, and targeted campaigns, to gain followers and newsletter subscribers.

  • Manage the execution of weekly email campaigns for podcasts, events, and branded content, leveraging audience segmentation and performance analytics.

Membership & Branded Content:

  • Manage the Create & Cultivate membership platform, ensuring timely delivery of content and ongoing member engagement.

  • Develop and implement user acquisition and retention strategies, including paid campaigns and enhanced offerings for members.

  • Oversee marketing assets for final approval, including videos, graphics, newsletters, and other deliverables.

  • Manage monthly mentor sessions and the community channel to foster active engagement and participation.

WorkParty Podcast:

  • Plan and execute podcast seasons and episodes, including talent sourcing, script development, and ad recording.

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies for the podcast across the website, social media, and newsletters.

  • Oversee final approval of all podcast assets, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

  • Own the end-to-end email marketing process, including campaign planning, setup, execution, and performance analysis.

  • Create and manage segmented email campaigns tailored to specific audience personas to ensure the highest engagement and conversion rates.

  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, layouts, and CTAs to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics.

  • Monitor email deliverability and maintain a healthy subscriber list by implementing best practices in list hygiene and spam compliance.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with a passionate and tight-knit team of seasoned creators and executives to expand the brand’s physical and digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at balancing multiple projects, and brings both creativity and efficiency to the table. The ability to work QUICKLY and CREATIVELY is essential!

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Execution:

  • Develop on-brand marketing collateral for a variety of channels and formats, including but not limited to:

    • Websites, social media assets, newsletters, and digital ads.

    • Stage and environmental designs for events.

    • Packaging, product design, and promotional materials.

  • Design renderings and large-scale files for onsite event production, ensuring concepts align with the creative direction and brand vision.

  • Create scene designs for event renderings, decals, signage, and environmental branding.

  • Generate concepts and ideas on the fly for campaigns and events, demonstrating quick thinking and adaptability.

Animation & Illustration:

  • Incorporate animation and illustration into design projects to bring concepts to life (huge plus).

  • Develop unique typography-based designs to enhance brand assets.

Digital Content:

  • Design on-brand digital creative such as emails, Instagram stories, social posts, and other assets tailored to a variety of platforms.

  • Manage brand content updates on the website, including homepages, landing pages, and campaign pages (proficiency in Squarespace is a plus).
