Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Environmental Design

  • Own the creative execution of all sponsor activations and C&C-branded spaces from concept through on-site install.

The Event Producer will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring event concepts to life—ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly, sponsor activations meet expectations, and attendees enjoy a seamless, high-quality experience from pre-production through post-event wrap-up. MUST have large-scale event experience - large dinners, conferences, festivals, summits, etc


Key Responsibilities

Event Production Leadership:

  • Oversee all production elements across Create & Cultivate event formats, including our Festival, Summits, Dinners, Retreats, and more

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all vendors and venue partners pre-, during, and post-event

  • Develop and implement scalable event strategies aligned with business goals and brand vision

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sponsorship, talent, marketing, and creative to ensure cohesive execution

Create & Cultivate is seeking a Content Editor / Writer to lead editorial strategy, writing, and research across newsletters, panels, WorkParty, and brand storytelling. This role will strengthen Create & Cultivate’s voice and thought leadership across platforms — producing compelling, timely, and insightful content that connects with our audience of ambitious women in business.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, editor, and researcher with a deep understanding of storytelling, programming, and brand communication. You’ll shape the narratives behind Create & Cultivate’s events and digital content, from WorkParty episodes to live panel discussions and editorial features.

This role requires exceptional writing, editing, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, a thoughtful collaborator, and a detail-oriented self-starter who can balance creativity with deadlines.


Key Responsibilities

Editorial Strategy & Writing

  • Lead and manage the editorial calendar across newsletters, blog features, and branded storytelling initiatives.

  • Write and edit long- and short-form content that supports company goals, event themes, partnerships, and digital growth.

  • Research, pitch, and develop deep-dive editorial stories that align with Create & Cultivate’s mission and audience interests.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create copy that supports brand campaigns, sponsorship initiatives, and social storytelling.

  • Maintain a consistent editorial voice that is empowering, educational, and engaging across all content platforms.

Panel & Programming Support

  • Partner with the Talent Team to develop and write panel titles, descriptions, talking points, and moderator questions for Create & Cultivate events.

  • Conduct research on panel topics, speakers, and industry trends to ensure conversations are fresh, relevant, and high-value.

  • Draft scripts, introductions, and pre-/post-show talking points for moderators, panelists, and event hosts.

  • Collaborate closely with production and event teams to ensure written materials support event flow, programming quality, and audience engagement.

WorkParty Writing & Research

  • Write scripts, outlines, and show notes for WorkParty podcast and live programming.

  • Conduct topic research, guest research, and industry analysis to inform interviews and conversations.

  • Support host prep by preparing talking points and questions for pre- and post-show interviews.

  • Partner with marketing and audio teams to write promotional copy, episode descriptions, and post-launch content.

Brand Storytelling & Content Development

  • Write branded content features, sponsor spotlights, and integrated storytelling pieces that balance creativity with partnership objectives.

  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to develop brand narratives that elevate sponsor messaging while maintaining editorial quality.

  • Contribute to the creation of decks, newsletters, and social content that bring the Create & Cultivate brand to life.

  • Ensure all written content reflects the company’s tone, mission, and positioning as the leading voice for women in business.

Editing & Collaboration

  • Edit and proofread all editorial, event, and marketing copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone consistency.

  • Maintain and evolve Create & Cultivate’s editorial style guide and content standards.

  • Manage content workflows, deadlines, and approvals across multiple teams and deliverables.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and partnerships teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content on time.


Qualifications

  • B.A. in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related creative field.

  • 4–7 years of experience in editorial writing, journalism, or content marketing.

  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills with a sharp eye for storytelling and detail.

  • Proven experience writing scripts, panel content, or long-form editorial features.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple workflows and meet tight deadlines.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, partnerships, and events.

  • Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and content performance best practices.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Airtable, and content management tools.

  • Passion for women in business, entrepreneurship, and storytelling that drives community connection and impact.

This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing—perfect for someone who’s equal parts copywriter, strategist, content creator, and data analyst. The ideal candidate will drive audience engagement, community growth, and conversion through highly effective email and social campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end email process—from ideation to execution to performance analysis—for weekly newsletters, promotions, event announcements, and more.

  • Create and manage segmented campaigns tailored to diverse audience personas to maximize engagement and conversion.

  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, layout, and messaging to improve open and click-through rates.

  • Maintain email health through list hygiene, spam compliance, and deliverability best practices.

  • Analyze campaign performance and develop reports with insights and recommendations.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and content team to implement social strategy across @createcultivate and @workparty.

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging social content—including reels, stories, TikToks, and graphics—aligned with calendar priorities and brand tone.

  • Monitor and engage with the community daily, fostering conversations, responding to DMs/comments, and tracking sentiment.

  • Execute seasonal and campaign-based social promotions including giveaways, influencer campaigns, and event lead-ups.

Content & Copywriting

  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for emails, social captions, CTAs, and promotional content that resonates with ambitious women in business.

  • Tailor content for various channels while maintaining the voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all platforms.

  • Craft attention-grabbing subject lines, preview text, and headlines that drive performance.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track KPIs across both email and social (open rates, CTRs, saves, shares, conversions, follower growth).

  • Use performance data to inform strategic pivots, new content formats, and campaign improvements.

  • Create monthly marketing performance reports and lead optimization plans with actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the design team to develop on-brand email templates and visually compelling social assets.

  • Work with the events, editorial, and partnerships teams to align messaging, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Support marketing efforts for podcast promotions, launches, member acquisition, and sponsorship activations.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing and social media management, preferably in media, events, or lifestyle brands.

  • Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Flodesk, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Kajabi, or Brevo.

  • Strong copywriting skills with a proven ability to write engaging, high-performing content across formats.

  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Proficient in analytics platforms like Google Analytics and social media reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Drive $3M in sales revenue annually through ticket sales for festivals, conferences, retreats, and masterminds.

  • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, including pre-sales materials, email campaigns, and closing tactics to maximize conversions.

  • CRM Management: Leverage HubSpot CRM and monday.com to track sales pipelines, analyze data, and manage all stages of the sales process effectively.

Outreach & Relationship Building:
