Alexis Andra is the owner of The Shift Creative, a design and fabrication studio in Southern California. The studio works with brands and conferences to elevate their events through experiential installations, stage design, and branded photo moments. Some of their clients include PopSugar, REVOLVE, Create & Cultivate, Veuve Clicquot, and Michaels. 

Apart from being the principal designer, you can find Alexis coaching multiple entrepreneurs, and consulting for other companies. In her free time, she enjoys riding bikes with her husband Allen and their two kids, Sophia and Sullivan, working out, and being a part of their church community.
