While our society is experiencing a wellness wave, it’s simultaneously digging it’s heels into hustle culture. And with the help of technology it’s easier than ever to constantly be ‘on’.  So, it should be no surprise that the World Health Organization added burnout to its International Classification of Diseases this year, meaning it is now a diagnosable condition. 

And the stats don’t lie. A whopping 23% of employees report feeling burnout at work very often or always, while an additional 44% reported feeling it sometimes. It’s now more important than ever to have conversations around how two very counterintuitive things, technology and wellness, can coexist. It may seem impossible but these women are here to provide insight on how we can start pressing the reset button before we completely burnout.

Kelly LeVeque | Holistic Nutritionist, NSCA-PT

LeVeque is a holistic nutritionist, wellness expert, and celebrity health coach based in Los Angeles, California. Her approach to wellness is science-backed and always optimistic, helping clients demystify nutrition and love their bodies.  

Koya Webb | International Holistic Health Coach & Author of ‘Let Your Fears Make You Fierce’

There are a lot of titles that Webb carries, yoga teacher, personal trainer, holistic health and wellness coach, author, motivational speaker, and professional fitness model, just to name a few. She is also the founder of Get Loved Up app, which is your source for anything related to yoga, holistic health and integrated nutrition. 

Sinikiwe Dhliwayo | Founder of NAAYA Wellness

Dhliwayo founded Naaya Wellness with the intention of democratizing the wellness space by offering yoga and mindfulness practices to communities that have more often than not been excluded from those spaces. She is encouraging students to come as they are and to trade in the the typical expectations of a wellness space for a focus on personal healing.  

Remi Ishizuka | Health & Wellness Content Creator 

Ishizuka is a health and fitness blogger, an Adidas ambassador and a major inspiration. She also knows what it’s  like trying to balance wellness while grinding at a full-time job. She used to work a 9-5 at an interior design firm and believes that the best way to make time for wellness is to start by adding in just one healthy habit a day. 

Radhi Devlukia-Shetty | Plant-Based Recipe Developer, Fitness + Wellbeing Enthusiast

As a plant-based dietitian and Ayurveda expert, Devlukia-Shetty knows just how important it is to work towards balance in our lives. She is an advocate for self-love, natural beauty and conscious living. 

Merle O’Neal | Video Producer, Tasty and Goodful 

O’Neal is a video producer for BuzzFeed where she creates content for Tasty and Goodful. She launched the Tasty Vegetarian page as a way to entertain people while also promoting a diet that improves their health and our environment. 

Jen Beechen | Vice President of Marketing, Vital Proteins
