Before anything else, you need to establish a marketing roadmap. Having a foundation—a blueprint—for all to come and all you want to build is key. This becomes your guide, and point of reference. To do this, you don’t need fancy programs, excel sheets or powerpoints. The phrase “marketing plan” gets intimidating or overwhelming for some. It’s really not. Just open up a google doc, and start bulletting everything. True marketing campaigns are more than just advertisements.
