Stephenie Girard specializes in executive, leadership and life coaching. Stephenie serves as Ellevest’s lead executive and career coach, where her primary objective is to coach individuals who are transitioning into new roles in work or life, or striving to tap into more potential, more authenticity, and more empowerment. Prior to her work at Ellevest, Stephenie ran her private career coaching practice for over a decade where her clients included women from a comprehensive portfolio of spaces such as high growth start-ups, non-profits, and large international firms. Stephenie was a member of the coaching faculty for various Harvard Business School programs and invited to the intimate, inaugural cohort of coaches for Arianna Huffington’s Thrive Global.
