Gratitude changes everything—and most of our worries and concerns truly only exist in our minds. When we take a moment to reflect on exactly what we do have as opposed to what we don’t have, we’ll realize our situations aren’t as bad as they sound in our mind.
In this worksheet, you’ll write out what you’re grateful for in four different areas of your life in order to adjust your mindset and receive abundance.
