And social media has a lot to do with it.
Social purchasing was a major trend to watch before COVID-19, but the pandemic has accelerated the shift exponentially. A recent survey found that 41% of consumers are currently shopping via social media.
Not only that, but 51% of consumers say they’ll continue using in-app shopping post-COVID.
