In this roundtable, let’s talk about self-care and gaining more clarity and vision in your life.
Many of us are working from home right now—and we’re spending more time than ever in front of our computers, phones, and televisions—taking care of our health, particularly our eye health, is more important than ever.
According to new research, more than half of Americans are suffering from “screen fatigue” due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Needless to say, straining your eyes to read tiny, illuminated text on your devices for long periods of time can be harmful to your vision.
In fact, research suggests that people who work at a computer screen have at least some symptoms of digital eye fatigue, also known as computer vision syndrome, including blurred vision, double vision, dry eyes, red eyes, headaches, and neck or back pain.
