The State of Content Creation in COVID-19: How Brands & Creators Are Pivoting in This New Era of Marketing

Media consumption in the U.S. was already at historical highs before COVID-19. Americans were consuming upwards of 12 hours of content a day. But now, with stay-at-home orders keeping people indoors, media consumption could rise by up to 60%

And social media has a lot to do with it.

Instagram Live views have increased by more than 70% in the last month, YouTube engagement is up 20-30%, and TikTok downloads have increased dramatically. Influencer-marketing firms are reporting spikes in views and engagement on sponsored posts as high as 76%.  In response to this DBA launched YourLiveGuide.com as resource for live content, think of it as the TV Guide of Lives.

So, how do you jump on digital during COVID-19? How do you create a content strategy that capitalizes on a wider digital audience while still being mindful of the current climate? And how much of your budget should go toward digital marketing?

Thankfully, this panel is stacked with CEO’s, founders, and savvy content creators who can help answer these questions for us.
